Manufacturing and high-wage service companies which locate in Owatonna’s JOBZ development zones are eligible for substantial tax savings through 2015, thanks to the most aggressive non-metro job development program in Minnesota’s history. High-quality, developed industrial lots with excellent access to 1-35 qualify for JOBZ benefits.
Other available incentives include commercial development funding, TIF and tax abatements, state and federal grants, and industrial development bonds.
